A Modular building is a structure that we create from scratch. These units are larger than the usual units and are built on site. The sizes are all dependent on the clients. The units are also cemented to the ground. For example cafeterias, mess halls, or boarding houses etc.

Prefabricated units can go up to 18m x 7m. Modular units we build on site and is dependent on your needs

The payment structure is based on a 50% deposit before commencement of work and 50% before delivery.

It all depends on what you need and who the manufacturer was. We will always try to assist where we can and advice accordingly.

You do not have to use our transport to deliver the units, just remember this is a specialist job. We would recommend that you make sure the transport company of your choice has the relevant experience to do the job for you.

We manufacture all our units ourselves and do not rely on external, designers, builders’ etc. We have dedicated consultants that will monitor and mange your project does not matter how small or big before during and after the project.

We have units that have been on sites for more then 20 years, the quality of our units are of the highest standards, designed and build to last a life time.

It depends on what your requirements are, but our standard lead time is 2 – 4 weeks.

Prefab/Park Home – This a unit manufactured from scratch. Container – This is a shipping container that is converted in to your required unit. The only sizes available is 6×2.4, 12×2.4 or double wide “this is where 2 containers are converted into one unit.
